US-Bangla plane crash: Identified 23 bodies handed over to families

The bodies of 23 Bangladeshi nationals, who were killed in the US-Bangla aircraft, were handed over to the families on Monday.  

The Namaz-e-janaza of those was held at Bangladesh Army Stadium on the same day.

Earlier, a cargo plane of Bangladesh Air Forces carrying the dead bodies landed at the Shahjalal International Airport 3:55 pm.

The identified 23 bodies are Akhi Moni, Begum Nurunnahar, Sharmin Aktar, Nazia Afrin, FH Priok, Umme Slama, Bilkis Ara, Akhtara Begum, Md Rokibul Hassan, Md, Hassan Imam, Minhaz Bin Naseer, Tamara Prinmoyee, Md Motiur Rahman, SM Mahmudur Rahman, Tahara Tanveen Sashi Reza, Oniruddho zaman, Rafiquzzaman, Pilot Abid Sultan, Co-pilot Prithula Rashid, Khaza Saifullah, Faisal, Sanzida and Nurizzaman.
