AL announces 2 committees for Dhaka metropolitan

The ruling Awami League has formed two separate committees for Dhaka North City and Dhaka South city.

Awami League Secretary General Syed Ashraful Islam declared the new committees at the Awami League president’s political office at Dhanmondi in the capital on Sunday morning.

AKM Rahmatullah, AL central committee member, and Abul Hasnat, president of  Lalbag Thana unit,  have been made presidents of the Dhaka north and south units respectively.
