President returns home Tuesday

President M Abdul Hamid will return home tomorrow after a medical checkup in Singapore.

"A regular aircraft of Singapore Airlines Limited carrying the President and his entourage is expected to land at Hazrat Shahjalal (R) International Airport at about 10:40 pm tomorrow," President's Assistant Press Secretary Imranul Hasan told BSS today.

President Hamid is due to leave Changi International Airport, Singapore, for Dhaka at about 7:50 pm tomorrow ending his six-day visit there for health checkup and eye treatment, the APS added.

High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Singapore Mustafizur Rahman will see the President off at the airport.

The President left Dhaka for Singapore on February 21 by a regular aircraft of Singapore Airlines Limited.
