PM asks Ctg DC for proper treatment of ex MP Yusuf

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Sunday asked the Chittagong Deputy Commissioner (DC) to take necessary steps for treatment of former parliament member Mohammad Yusuf, reports BSS.

PM's private secretary Sajjadul Hasan conveyed the directives of the Prime Minister to the Deputy Commissioner of Chittagong.

PM's press secretary Ihsanul Karim said the news and views in the social media over the last few days on the physical decomposition and inhuman life of Mohammad Yusuf have come to the notice of the Prime Minister.

In this backdrop the prime minister gave the directives to the Chittagong Deputy Commissioner, he said.

He was an elected member from Rangunia constituency in 1991.
