Barishal-Dhaka launch services stopped

Transportation through Barishal- Dhaka and other routes has been stalled as the cylone Komen is approaching towards the coastal areas.

Abul Bashar Majumdar, deputy director of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority, on Thursday said to Jago news, as the met office asked the Barishal port to hoist danger signal number 7, we stopped the transportation for safety measures. The order will remain effective till further notice.
