Mild earthquake jolts country

A mild tremor jolted different parts of the country including Dhaka on Wednesday.
The earthquake was felt around 10.55am in Dhaka.
The earthquake with a 4.7 magnitude on the Richter scale originated in the Indian state of Tripura, said Fahim Ahmed, a Meteorologist of Bangladesh meteorological department.
However, there was no immediate report of damage or casualty.
