2 killed in Cox’s Bazar road crash

Two people were killed and eight others injured when a truck hit a human hauler on Chittagong-Teknaf Highway near Rabeta Hospital in Ramu upazila on Friday.
One of the deceased was identified as Mahmududl Haq, 32, UNB reported.
Highway police said the accident took place around 8:30 am when a goods-laden truck hit the human hauler from behind, leaving its two passengers dead on the spot and eight others injured.
The injured were taken to Sadar Hospital.
