6 fake freedom fighters’ certificates cancelled

The Liberation War Affairs Ministry has cancelled certificates of six freedom fighters as they were proved false in the investigation.
The ministry recently issued a gazette notification regarding the matter.
The persons include MA Chattar Hawladar, son of Md. Abdul Hawladar of Barisal, gazette number 5646, KM Ashraf Uzzaman, son of late Siraj Uddin of Pabna, gazette number 2104, Gonesh Chandra Saha, son of late Hrishikesh of Gaibandha, gazette number 1650, Md. Delder Hossain, son of late Abdul Haque of Chapainwabganj, gazette number 510, A Goffar Miah, son of late Momin Uddin of Faridpur, gazette 274 and Sultan Hossain, son of Syed Ali Duari of Jhalkati, gazette 398.
