Dhaka New Market fire kills 1

A person was killed and three others sustained burn injuries in a fire that broke out at shop adjacent to the vegetable market in New Market area in Dhaka.

The deceased is Amzad, 30.

Confirming the matter, Sub Inspector of New Market police station Sohel said the fire broke out around 1:45am on Wednesday.

He said, Amzad died when we took the injured to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. The others are being treated at the hospital.
