Presumed militant killed in bomb explosion in Mymensingh

A presumed militant was reportedly killed in a blast as he was making a bomb in a rented house in Bhaluka upazila of Mymensingh yesterday evening, police said, reports BSS.
Mymensingh Additional Superintendent of Police Mohammad Nur-e-alam said police cordoned off the house of Ward No-6 in Kashor union suspecting it as a militant den.
The deceased could not be identified immediately.
Police Super Sayed Nurul Islam and other high police officials are currently on the spot.
