‘16,207 primary headmaster posts vacant’
Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman said, a total of 16,207 posts of the headmasters have been remaining vacant in the government primary schools across the country.
He said this replying to a question from Jatiya Party MP AKM Maidul Islam (Kurigram-3) in the Jatiya Sangsad on Thursday.
He said, the number of vacant posts in the old government primary schools is 7,952, while it is 8,255 in the newly nationalized (primary) schools.
