Education board secretary hit by cop’s stray bullet

An official of Dhaka Education Board was hit by a stray bullet from a police constable’s shotgun in front of The Westin hotel in Dhaka on Thursday night.
Shahedul Khabir Chowdhury, secretary of the education board, was rushed to United Hospital.
Officer-in-charge (investigation) of Gulshan Police Station Md. Salauddin Mia told Jagonews, “He was hurt by an accidental bullet from a constable’s shotgun. He is quite all right.”
