Grenade attack on Anwar Choudhury: Death upheld for 3

The High Court has upheld death sentences for three and life term for two others over grenade attack on former British high commissioner Anwar Choudhury.

The bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Amir Hossain passed the order on Thursday afternoon.

Earlier on February 3, the bench had fixed February 11 for delivering the verdict after hearing the death reference and petitions of the condemned convicts.
