Man commits suicide after killing child

A man committed suicide after killing his minor daughter at Dakatia village in Bhaluka upazila of Mymensingh district on Tuesday morning.

Mamunur Rashid, officer-in-charge of Bhaluka Model Police Station, said Jamil Hossain stabbed his one and a half year-old daughter Rabeya over family feud, leaving her dead on the spot.

Later he stabbed himself and also took poison and died on the spot.
