Dhaka airport fire originated from Air India office
A fire which broke out at Hajarat Shahjalal International Airport at 1:37pm on Friday was originated from Air India’s office located on the second floor of the terminal-2 around, reports BSS.
The fire halted all activities at the airport but no casualty was reported, reported our correspondent from the spot.
However, ten units of fire service managed to douse the blaze, the reporters said quoting Fire Service Control Room duty officer Palash Chandra Modak.
All departure flight operations have been slowed down due to the fire, airport officials said.
