She was initially sent to cabin from ICU after having biopsy on Saturday but had to back in ICU because of excess bleeding, said her father Ibrahim Hossain.
“Now she needs four bags of blood and her blood group is A+,” he said.
Dr. Samanto Lal Sen, the chief coordinator of Burn and Plastic Surgery unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), said, “We have collected her biopsy samples and the report will be available within next 48.”
Muktamoni, a 10-year-old girl of Kamarbaisa village in Satkhira sadar upazila, was admitted to the hospital on July 11 with a malignant growth on her right arm.
The disease was apparent when she was around only one and a half years old.
