No plans of severing relations with Pakistan: FM
Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali said, the government has no plans to severe diplomatic relations with Pakistan at this moment.
He said this while replying to a supplementary question from treasury bench member Abdul Mannan in the Jatiya Sangsad.
He said, diplomatic relations among states exist during war also. The government is mulling over maintaining diplomatic relations with Pakistan. But we shall not do anything right at this moment. The future will determine the course of action.
The government is observing the present situation and Pakistan high commissioner was summoned in connection with the Monday`s incident, he added.
