‘Chander Gari’ crash death toll rises to three

The death toll from a road accident in Lama upazila in Bandarban has risen to three, according to the police.

A ‘Chander Gari’ rammed into a tree in Mirinja area around 12:00 pm on Monday, leaving a total of three people dead and at least ten injured.

The deceased are: Zahidul Islam, 15, son of Abdur Rahman, Md. Sarwar, 12, son of Mohammad Shafi and Md. Harun, 17, son of Badsha Mia. All of them are from of Nayapar area in Alikadam upazila.

Lama Police Station OC Anwar Hossain confirmed the matter.
