Tight security measures taken for Book fair
DMP Commissioner Asaduzzaman Miah is delivering his speech
Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner Asaduzzaman Miah said, ‘Multilayer security measurers will be ensured on the venue during the book fair’.
He said this while addressing at Rajarbag police lines during the inauguration ceremony of clean Dhaka campaign at 11am on Saturday.
He also said that security measures will be tightened installing by additional two police control room at the fair ground to ensure better security for the visitors and traders.
Earlier, Mayor of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Syed Khokon inaugurated the clean Dhaka campaign.
He hoped that, the cooperation of police will remain in clean campaign program.
During this time officials of DSCC and police high-ups were present among others.
