BSMMU announces Tk 329.67cr budget
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) has announced a total of Tk 329.67 crore budget for 2017-18 fiscal, with major share of the amount will be spent for its hospital services and the rest for its academic purposes.
BSMMU Treasurer Professor Dr Mohammad Ali Asgar on Wednesday announced the budget at a press conference while Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Quamrul Hasan Khan was present among others.
According to a BSMMU statement, out of the total budget, Tk 209.65 crore was allocated for its hospital while Tk 120.2 crore for the university.
