Rabbi can now files a case
The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Thursday asked the authorities concerned to record if Bangladesh Bank official Rabbi files any case in the police station or court in connection with the torture incident.
The four-member bench headed by Chief Justice SK Sinha passed the order.
The order came during hearing of a government petition that sought a stay in case filing over the incident.
Barrister Ehsanur Rahman confirmed this matter to JagoNews24.com.
