Vessel labors call off strike

Bangladesh Noujan Sramik Federation (BNSF) withdrew their indefinite strike following a fruitful meeting with the Shipping Minister Shahjahan Khan on Tuesday night.

BNSF President Shah Alam Bhuiyan said they decided to call the strike off following assurances from Shipping Minister and the owners in the sector that their demands will be met soon.

BNSF called the strike to press home their 15-point demand.
