Seaports advised to hoist cautionary signal 7

The maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Mongla and Payra have been advised to keep hoisted warning signal No 7 as the cyclonic storm “Mora” over east-central bay and adjoining area moved slightly northwards over the same area.

Abdul Mannan, a meteorologist from the Bangladesh Meteorological Department, confirmed the matter to the Jagonews24.com.

All fishing boats and trawlers over the North Bay and deep sea have been advised to take shelter immediately and remain in shelter till further notice, he added.
