Bike crash kills 3

Three riders of a motorbike were killed when a bus crushed them under its wheels at Amkhola in Galachipa upazila of Patuakhali at 11am on Friday.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

Confirming the matter Galachipa Police Station officer-in-charge Harun-or-Rashid said, a motorcycle carrying three riders plunged into a roadside ditch as a Patuakhali-bound bus knocked it down, leaving two motorcycle riders dead on the spot and another injured.

Later the injured were taken to Patuakhali Sadar Hospital where doctors declared him dead.

On information, police rushed in and sent the bodies to hospital morgue.
