Fire at Kalyanpur slum

A several houses were gutted when fire broke out at a slum locally known as ‘Porabosti’ at Kalyanpur area in capital on Friday morning.

The fire originated at the slum around at 10am.

The origin of the blaze could not be known immediately.

The incident occurred a day after High Court halted the eviction drive there.
