SC stays arrest order for Masud

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court stayed a High Court order that asked police to accept Bangladesh Bank official Golam Rabbi`s complaint and arrest SI Masud Sikdar.

Chamber judge Justice Hasan Foyez Siddique passed the order on Thursday.

Earlier on Monday HC ordered Mohammadpur police OC to accept Bangladesh Bank official Golam Rabbi`s complaint against SI Masud Sikdar as First Information Report (FIR).
