Minister assures CA security delegation to provide best security

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Kamal on Tuesday said that the government would provide all sorts of security to the Australian cricket team.

He made the remark while talking to newsmen after completing a meeting with a security delegation team of Cricket Australia (CA), led by Shaun Carroll.

The minister said they have satisfied with the security of Bangladesh as England cricket team have played bilateral series against the hosts recently.

“We are sports loving nation. People have lots of emotion, enthusiasm centering the cricket,” Kamal said in reply to a security related question of the delegation team.

“Our prime minister is trying to promote the game,” he said, adding that she is a cricket lover.

Bangladesh is capable to provide security to the Australian cricket team as their wish, the minister added.
