Mayor inaugurates

People from all walks of life including film actors and actresses and journalists expressed solidarity with the "Clean Dhaka Twenty Sixteen" announced by the mayor of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC).

The Mayor on Tuesday participated in a cleanliness campaign near at the Raju sculpture at Bangabazar.

He called upon the city dwellers to follow the rules and dispose of their garbage after seven in the evening. "If you love our city as much as we love our houses, the city will be clean soon," he said.

He also announced February 14 "Valentines` Day" as "Clean the city Day," this year.
