Process to send back Daud Merchant started: Kamal

State Minister for Home Affairs Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said the process to send back Daud Merchant, convicted for Bollywood music baron Gulshan Kumar’s murder has started. He will be sent to his country soon.

Kamal said this while talking to reporters at the Secretariat in the capital on Monday.

He said, the government has taken an initiative to send back foreign criminals, including Daud Merchant.

Earlier, a DB team arrested Daud Merchant from the city`s Khilgaon intersection on December 2, 2014.
