Police official found dead in Rajshahi

Police on Saturday recovered the hanging body of a senior official of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) from its officer’s mess in Rajshahi.

The deceased was identified as Sabbir Ahmed Sarfaraz, Assistant Commissioner of Rajshahi Metropolitan’s Rajpara zone.

Enamul Haque, Head of forensic medicine department at Rajshahi Medical College, primarily assumed that he might have committed suicide.
