BNP backed 2 councilors detained after oath

Two councilors backed by Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) were detained by a detective branch of police after taking oath and another was able to flee at Shaheed Titu Auditorium in Bogra municipality on Friday.

The arrestee are- newly elected 2 no. ward councilor Touhidul Alam Bitu and 7 no. ward councilor Delwar Hoen Poshari Hiru.

They were taken to District detective office of police after detaining.
