Three human ‘traffickers’ held in Sylhet
Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-9 arrested three suspected members of a human-trafficking gang and rescued two women from Gotatikar area under Mogla Bazar Thana under Sylhet Metropolitan area of the district last night.
On tip off, a team of RAB-9 conducted raid in the area around 10.30pm and arrested Md Solaiman, 29, Zakir, 25, and Ekhlasur, 27, said a RAB official here.
The RAB members also rescued two female victims from the spot, RAB added.
