Mowgli 2.0: Girl found in forest eats, walks like animals

An 8-year-old girl was found near Katarniaghat forests of Uttar Pradesh`s Bahraich two months ago. The girl, to everybody`s shock, has been behaving like animals.

She was found by sub-inspector Suresh Yadav during a routine patrol in Motipur range of Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary two months ago. She was found with a troop of monkeys.

The girl started screeching at Yadav just like monkeys when they tried to get hold of her. She was admitted to a local district hospital.

Police officers and doctors were stunned seeing the young girl eating and walking like animals. Not just that, the 8-year-old gets terrified at the sight of human beings, and runs away like animals, Chief Medical Officer DK said.

The CMO said the girl looked like she lived with animals for quite some time until she was spotted.
