New bus service between Dhaka and Kolkata starts today
A new bus-service between Dhaka and Kolkata via Khulna is all set to start today.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee will inaugurate the Soharda bus service through a video conference from Delhi.
Green Line Paribahan will serve the bus `Soharda` on the route on behalf of Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC).
A delegation of 22 members left Benapole for Kolkata yesterday on the occasion.
