Special menu for Biman passengers from Independence Day
Biman Bangladesh Airlines will upgrade its food menu in all international flights from this Independence Day (26th march).
A M Mosaddique Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines inaugurated this service while attending a program at Biman Flight Catering Centre (BFCC) on Thursday.
He said that they have already taken various initiatives to give good facilities to the passengers.
“From now on, business class passengers, can select food from ‘A la Kurt menu’ while traveling,” he said, adding passengers also get necessary foods as per their demand under the “All day dining” facilities.
The official also said that they will start this kind of facilities in all international flights gradually.
“Several initiatives have also been taken to increase in-flight service facilities,” he added.
Atiq Sobhan, Director, Customer Service Department of Biman Bangladesh said that Biman Bangladesh has two brand new air craft--Boeing- 777-300 and Boeing- 737-800--with modern facilities at the moment.
“Passengers will get great amusement from these aircrafts while flying as it has world class In-flight Entertainment (IFE) facilities,” he added.
Among others, Shakil Meraz, Biman Bangladesh General Manager (public relations ), Jamal Uddin Talukder, Deputy General Manager of BFCC, FSS Chaity, FSS Mollika, FS Nehal were also present at the ceremony.
