US Ambassador urges for non-voilent solution

The United States Ambassador to Bangladesh, Marcia Bernicat, on Tuesday urged the political parties to resolve the current political stalemate in a non-violent way.

Talking to the reporters in a press conference at American club of Gulshan in the city, she said, ‘Everyone has a role to play in stopping violence to resolve their differences through non-violent and responsible political expression.’ The envoy said Bangladesh has to resolve their crisis on their own as the foreign countries can only help from outside
