International Women’s day: Women lead Jago News

Jagonews24.com, a leading news portal of the country, has taken an initiative to honour its female colleagues on International women’s day.

In a special meeting on Tuesday, the editorial board of the portal took a decision unanimously that women colleagues charged of office today (8th march).

The meeting took place at its conference room.

Speaking at the meeting, chief news editor of Jagonews24.com Mohiuddin Sarker said that they took the decision to honour female colleagues of the organization.

“Women are always holding a vital position in all spheres of our society. It will be a new dimension for women to go ahead,” he said.

Presided over  by Jago News  chief news editor  Mohiuddin Sarker, among others, assistant editor Harun Rashid ,chief reporter Moniruzzaman Uzzal, deputy chief reporter Shirazuzzaman, special correspondent Fazlul Haque Shaon, assistant news editor Mahbubur Alom Shohag, assistant news editor Abu Rasel, assistant news editor Mushfique Wadud, sports editor Hossain Imam Sohel, central desk in-charge Sakhwat Hossain Sujan, web in-charge Ashik Hasibul Hassan were present at the program.
