2 detained with yaba, ganja in Narail

Two alleged drug traders were detained along with 81 pieces of contraband yaba tablets and 100 gram of ganja from Fulbadhina village under Naragati upazila in Narail on Saturday night.

The arrested persons were identified as Anis, 40, and Alamgir, 35, of the upazila.

Officer-in-charge of Naragati thana Abdul Jalil said acting on information, a team of police conducted the drive in the area and arrested the duo with the drugs.

A case was filed in this connection.
