Trishal Juba League man murder: Mayor sued

Newly elected mayor of Trishal municipality in Mymensingh ABM Asaduzzaman was made prime accused in Juba League activist Parvez murder case.

Asaduzzaman was the rebel mayoral candidate of ruling party Awami League.

Accusing 15 people, Victim’s father Mohammad Ibrahim filed the case around 10:30pm on Saturday.

Confirming the matter Officer-in-charge of Trishal Thana Moniruzzaman said, two accused Majharul Islam Sumon and Chan Mia have already been arrested.

It is mentionable that, a group of miscreants hacked dead an activist of Jubo League Parvez in Trishal upazila of Mymensingh district.
