150-kg ganja seized in Sirajganj

A total of 150-kg ganja was recovered from Chandaikona Bus-stand under Raiganj upazila in Sirajganj on Friday night.

Abdul Kader, officer-in-charge of Hartikumrul Highway Thana, on information, a team of the police conducted a drive in the area and recovered the ganja from a microbus.

Sensing the presence of police, driver and passengers of the microbus fled away, he added.
