Textbook festival across country

The Textbook Festival-2016 has started in different primary school to secondary levels across the country on Friday morning.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid inaugurated the Textbook Festival by handing over books to the students of the Govt Laboratory High School.

Over 4.48 crore students of primary, lower secondary and secondary levels are getting about 33.38 crore free books in the festival.

The education ministry has been distributing free books since 2010.
