BGB deployed in Comilla, Chandpur and Laxmipur

A total of thirteen platoons of Bangladesh Border Guard members have been deployed in Comilla, Chandpur and Laxmipur district from Sunday night to avoid possible violence following upcoming municipal election.
BGB official ensured this to journalist via a press release.
Commander of BGB-10 Lieutenant colonel Mohammad Mokhlesur Rahman said one platoon BGB was deployed in each municipality with two officers. They will work to control untoward situation, he added.
