4 JMB men including IT chief detained

Four people of banned militant outfit Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) including its chief of information and technology department of Sarwar-Tamim group have been detained from Jatrabari in the capital.

A team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) conducted a drive in the area and detained them in the wee hours of Wednesday.

At that time, arms, bullets and a large number of explosives have been seized from them.

Confirming the matter to Jagonews24.com, Mufti Mahmud Khan, Director of Legal and Media Wing of RAB headquarters, told that, further details regarding this matter will be disclosed later.
