3 injured in IU BCL faction clash

At least three activists were injured including one bullet-hit in a clash between two factions of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) at the Islamic University (IU) Campus in Kushtia.

The clash between the supporters of President Saiful Islam and Vice-president Mizanur Rahman of the statistics department BCL unit erupted at 1 pm on Saturday.

The injured could not be known immediately. Police made open fire to control the situation during the clash.
