Engineer, wife get death threat

Rangpur Water Development Board engineer Mahbubur Rahman and his wife have been given death threats.

Introducing them as Ansarullah Bangla Team via a mobile massage gave this threat on Friday noon.

In the message they mentioned that Mahbubur will be killed by bombing his car and his wife will be thrown acid.

Though Mahbubur could not be contacted, his relative Mahbub Rahman confirmed Jagonews24.com about the threats.

He said, ‘Mahbubur who receives threat already met the SP of Rangpur and RAB-13 chief.’

Additional police members were deployed at his Robertsonganj house after the threat.

Filing case in this regard was under processed while the report was published.
