Banani building catches fire
A fire broke out at a high-rise building in Banani area of Dhaka at around 2:40 PM, Fire service and civil defense officials said.
Sixteen fire fighting units rushed to the spot to douse the fire, Mizanur Rahman, duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence told journalists.
Casualties and damages of wealth were not known immediately.
