Govt. to order shoot on sight: Social Welfare Minister

Miscreants will be shot on sight, said Social Welfare Minister Syed Mohsin Ali while visiting Dhaka Medical College Hospital Tuesday to see the people burnt during the country-wide blockade and Hartal called by BNP and its allies.

The Minister said there will be no need of law for the thugs who bomb, fire and kill people.

“We are organizing in places to stand against the miscreants. We will punish them ourselves. Also the government is going to take the decision of shoot on sight for these arsonists” Said the minister.

On reply to a question asked by a reporter the minister banished the probability of innocent people being shot by the ‘shoot on sight’ order.
