Chhatra League, Chhatra Shibir clash at CTG College

Bangladesh Chhatra League and Islami Chhatra Shibir clashed following a Victory Day programme on Chittagong College campus on Wednesday around 11:45 am left two Chhatra League man injured.

Two injured was rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital.

Deputy Commissioner of Chittagong Metropolitan Police (south zone) Kamrul Amin confirmed the incident to JagoNews24.com.

He said, the clash occurred around 11:45 am as Shibir activists attacked BCL men when they were placing wreaths at the Shaheed Minar on the campus marking the country’s 45th victory day.

A huge number of police personnel were deployed as soon as the clash was reported, he added.
