Do not parade suspects before media until produced in court

The High Court asked Inspector General of Police (IGP) to take necessary steps not to present any convict before media before proceeding in court.

The Court also directed the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to instruct his force in this regard.

A HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Amir Hossain on Thursday gave the observation during the delivery of its verdict on the case regarding a militant who had exploded bomb during a media briefing in Gazipur.
