Child falls into manhole in Shyampur

A five-year-old boy named Nirob has fallen into an uncovered manhole in the capital`s Shyampur area on Tuesday around 4 pm.

Fire fighters have been frantically trying to rescue the boy, who is still missing.

Anayet Ullah, OC of Fire Service control room confirmed the incident to JagoNews24.com.

He said, after being informed, two unit of Fire Service and Diving Team rushed to the spot.

The rescue operation was under way when the report was filed
